How to arrange the the poultry houses of the whole farm ? we should consider the following 4 factors .
1.Chicken house layout
According to the main local wind direction and the terrian of the broiler farm, the wind direction is from the upper wind to the lower wind direction. The terrain is descending from high to low. The production area should arrange the rearing chicken house and grower chicken house in sequence. The breeder farm poultry houses is in the order pullet house , growering house and laying house. The hatchery should be located at a distance from all the houses and can be located near the entrance to the production area. It is advisable to set up a hatchery outside the chicken farms, and a fence or green belt around the hatchery hall .
2 Arrangement of the chicken house
Generally the poultry house layout require horizontal rows, vertical columns; try to lay out the poultry shed in square to avoid increasing feed, dung transport distance, management inconvenience. The number of chicken house are in less than 4, can choose single row arrangement; more than 4 can be double or multi-row arrangement.
2) When using single-row chicken house layout, one side of the house is a clean road, if the house using vertical negative pressure ventilation, wind inlet should placed in this side ; the other side is sewage, need to install exhaust fan on this side. double-column chicken house layout, the middle is the clean way, wind inlet is also placed in this side; the other two sides are sewage, where can be placed suction fan.
3 . The direction of chicken house
The diredtion of chicken house depends on factors such as the geographical latitude, the site environment, the local climate characteristics and the conditions of the land for construction. Appropriate orientation on the one hand can be a reasonable use of solar radiation, both to avoid excessive summer heat into the homes, but also in winter to maximize the allowable solar radiation into the homes to improve; on the other hand, can be reasonable use Leading wind direction and improving the ventilation conditions provide the possibility of a good environment
4 Chicken house spacing
Chicken house spacing directly relates to the shed lighting, ventilation, epidemic prevention, fire prevention and covering area. Chicken house spacing can be designed according to the following aspects.
1)According to the sunshine to determine the chicken house spacing. Thechicken coop is generally facing south with a certain angle. Therefore, it is required to determine the spacing of the chicken coops. In winter ,the front chicken house can not block the back row of sunshine. In most parts of China, the spacing of the eave of the chicken house is 3 to 4 times of the height of the eave of the chicken house and should generally be 9-12 m. This basically meets the requirements for the sunshine of the back chickenhouse.
2)According the ventilation to set up chicken house spacing. Appropriate chicken house spacing, to ensure that there is adequate ventilation chicken house on downwind , but also will not affected by discharge of dirty air from upwind Chicken house . The distance is 3 to 5 times of eave height, which can meet the requirements of ventilation and health and epidemic prevention. Longitudinal ventilation is now widely used, vents on both sides of the gable, chicken coop spacing can be reduced to the 2 to 3 times of eave hight , usually 6 ~ 9 m.
Chicken house Material : there are three kinds of material combination for roof and side wall material your option .
1. Roof and side wall : 0.4/0.5mm single corrugated color steel sheet +100 mm firgerglass Insulation + 0.4mm single corrugated color steel sheet
Side wall material same as roof material .
2. Roof and side wall: 50 mm or 75 mm thickness EPS Panel
3. Roof material : 0.4/0.5mm single corrugated color steel sheet +100 mm firgerglass Insulation + 0.4mm single corrugated color steel sheet
Side wall Material : 50 mm or 75 mm thickness EPS Panel
Beam and stand colums material ： H section steel or hot gavalnized C section steel
You can choose hollow frame or A type frame , or else you can house frame picture use in your local country .
